Planning process
From inventory to a plan your supervisors can open at 02:00
Our planning process keeps backup protection, recovery objectives, and human handoffs in one sequence — so the finished document matches how your organisation actually restores systems.
-
Discovery & scope
We confirm which environments matter, who owns them, and which backup products are in play. You leave this stage with a written scope and interview list.
-
Estate & access review
We examine backup jobs, retention, console privileges, and restore paths. Gaps in immutability, offsite copies, or failed-job monitoring are noted with evidence.
-
Objectives with operations
Recovery time and data-loss windows are set with process owners, including dependencies that IT alone may understate.
-
Draft plan & controls
You receive a draft covering priority tiers, roles, escalation, backup protection controls, and a verification checklist sized for your staffing.
-
Walkthrough & cadence
Stakeholders review the draft in a facilitated session. We agree the rehearsal calendar and owners for open actions before final delivery.
