Acceptance
By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Services
Systemalderhub provides professional backup and recovery security planning, assessments, exercises, and advisory services. Website content is informational and does not create a client relationship until a written engagement letter or quotation is accepted.
Intellectual property
Site content, templates, and materials we create remain our intellectual property unless an engagement letter assigns specific deliverables to you. You may not copy or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without written consent.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to systems and staff as agreed, and for decisions you make after receiving our recommendations.
Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, Systemalderhub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or data loss arising from events outside the written scope of an engagement. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts with jurisdiction in Nelson Mandela Bay shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our services.
Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
